REFUND POLICY — FAMILY FINANCE PLANNER Last updated: 8 November 2026 - Because the Planner is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the delivery link or file has been sent. - If the Planner does not work for you and we cannot fix the issue within 7 days of your purchase, write to familyfi.app@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. - Online edition (subscription): please use the free trial before you pay. You can stop renewing at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded, except as required by law or where we cannot fix a problem as described above. - Offline edition (lifetime): because the licensed file is personalised and delivered instantly, it is refundable only under the "does not work" rule above. - Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
