TERMS OF USE — FAMILY FINANCE PLANNER · OFFLINE EDITION (LIFETIME) Last updated: 8 November 2026 These terms apply to Family Finance Planner ("the Planner") sold by Nisnil AI-Finance Solutions, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, India ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Planner you agree to them. Ownership The Planner, including its code, design, text and documentation, is the original work of Sunil Panchal and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright law. © 2026 Sunil Panchal. All rights reserved. The Planner is licensed to you, not sold. 1. Licence On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the Planner for your own household. You may not: - resell, rent, share, publish or redistribute the Planner, your licensed copy, its delivery link or its code; - copy, modify, translate or create works based on the Planner, other than saving your own data in it; - decompile, de-obfuscate or reverse engineer the code, or remove or change the owner, copyright or licence notices. Offline copies carry the buyer's name and a licence ID. We may end the licence of anyone who breaks these terms, and we reserve all legal remedies. 2. The offline edition The offline edition is a single file stored on your own device. It works without internet and does not connect to us. You are responsible for your device, the file and its backups. Mutual fund NAVs and share prices are typed in by you. 3. Your data and encryption Your financial data stays inside your own file. We do not receive, store or access it. Do not store passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVV or full card numbers in the Planner. If you turn on the passphrase lock, your data is encrypted with a key only you control. We cannot unlock it or recover it. If you lose both your passphrase and your recovery code, the data cannot be recovered by anyone. 4. Not advice The Planner organises information you enter. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Check important figures with your bank, insurer or adviser. 5. Accuracy and availability We aim for accurate calculations but provide the Planner "as is", without warranties. Statement formats change; some files may not import. 6. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Planner. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or decisions made using the Planner. 7. Lifetime licence and updates - The licence lets you use the version you bought (the version delivered to you) for as long as you like. - Future versions, updates and new features are NOT included. If we release a new version, you may buy it separately or choose the online edition. - Your copy carries your name and a licence ID. Sharing, uploading or reselling it ends your licence. - Support is provided by email at familyfi.app@gmail.com for 3 months from purchase for installation and use of the version you bought. 8.
