TERMS OF USE — FAMILY FINANCE PLANNER · ONLINE EDITION (SUBSCRIPTION) Last updated: 8 November 2026 These terms apply to Family Finance Planner ("the Planner") sold by Nisnil AI-Finance Solutions, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, India ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Planner you agree to them. Ownership The Planner, including its code, design, text and documentation, is the original work of Sunil Panchal and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright law. © 2026 Sunil Panchal. All rights reserved. The Planner is licensed to you, not sold. 1. Licence On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Planner for your own household. You may not: - resell, rent, share, publish or redistribute the Planner, your licensed copy, its delivery link or its code; - copy, modify, translate or create works based on the Planner, other than saving your own data in it; - decompile, de-obfuscate or reverse engineer the code, or remove or change the owner, copyright or licence notices. We may end the licence of anyone who breaks these terms, and we reserve all legal remedies. 2. The online edition The Planner opens from our link and runs as a Google Apps Script web app under your own Google account. It stores your data in a folder in your own Google Drive and looks up public prices (AMFI mutual fund NAVs and Google Finance share prices). You are responsible for your Google account, devices and backups. Live prices are for information only, may be delayed or unavailable, and may differ from your statements. 3. Your data and encryption Your financial data stays in your own Google Drive. We do not receive, store or access it. Do not store passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVV or full card numbers in the Planner. If you turn on the passphrase lock, your data is encrypted with a key only you control. We cannot unlock it or recover it. If you lose both your passphrase and your recovery code, the data cannot be recovered by anyone. 4. Not advice The Planner organises information you enter. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Check important figures with your bank, insurer or adviser. 5. Accuracy and availability We aim for accurate calculations but provide the Planner "as is", without warranties. Statement formats change; some files may not import. The Planner depends on Google services, which may change or be unavailable. 6. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Planner. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or decisions made using the Planner. 7. Support We may release updates at our discretion. Support is provided by email at familyfi.app@gmail.com while your plan is active. 8. Free trial and subscription - New Google accounts may use the Planner free for 15 days, once per account. No payment details are needed for the trial. - After the trial, access requires a paid plan (for example yearly). Access lasts for the period paid, starting on activation, and is tied to the Gmail address you give at payment. Renewing before the end date adds the new period after the current end date. - Plans do not renew automatically unless the payment page clearly says so. - Prices and offers are shown at the time of purchase and may change for future periods. Offer prices apply only to payments made before the offer's last day. - When a plan ends, you can no longer open the Planner through our link, but your data remains in your own Google Drive and opens again when you renew. - Updates and new features are included while your plan is active. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. - We may suspend access for non-payment, misuse or breach of these terms. - We keep only your Gmail address, plan, dates and payment reference to manage your subscription. 9.
